Heather Wilson is a certified coach, corporate trainer, key-note speaker, and author.

Heather held various roles in the Retail Branch Network, Human Resources and in Training and Development as Manager Facilitation and Leadership Coach over close to 17 years within a multibillion corporate financial services organization. She is results-driven, a strong businesswoman and an excellent strategist, who is committed to helping you grow your business.

Heather launched Spark Your Vitality in September 2014 and enjoys working with her corporate clients and their teams. With that said, she has a passion for working with entrepreneurs, being one herself.  With a strong business background, having grown up in an entrepreneurial home, coupled with years of corporate experience and owning her own business, Heather is able to truly help and identify with her clients. She understands what it takes to run a business and what is needed outside of yourself to thrive and grow your business. 

She also has a passion for learning and teaching others. In March 2011, she completed her Teacher Trainer of Adults certification with honours.  Heather continued her learning journey and attended Adler International Learning Inc. for Professional Coach training and received her ATC designation from Adler in December 2013.  She is able to give her client a positive experience, through listening, thoughtful questions and a coach-like approach to each strategy session. Heather is dedicated to her client’s success and empowering business owners to achieve their goals.

Penni Michaud is a unique Graphic Designer that brings a creative twist to her design work.

Penni has had many years of experience working with a diverse clientele which has kept her on the leading edge of technology and design.

Penni received a diploma in Creative Advertising from Seneca College of Applied Arts & Technology with high honours. She worked in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment at a community newspaper in Barrie for 15 years.  This gives Penni the ability to create quickly while keeping the customer’s objectives at the front of mind when creating the design strategy. Working on advertising campaigns for large and small businesses has allowed her to develop a keen attention to detail, an eye for design that will translate to the audience, an ability to work on multiple projects and most importantly meet deadlines while exceeding her clients’ expectations.

Creating a consistent personal brand when you are in a saturated market full of competition will help you stand out and apart from everyone else while giving you the presence you desire.  Penni wants to capture the essence of your brand, product, service and what makes your company unique so that she can convey your marketing message to your ideal clients.
