Have you ever looked at a flyer or a brochure, and thought, wow that looks really nice! Your graphic designer should also provide brand guidelines, so that you will know how to use all of your brand collateral and what files or formats are good for web, print or signage. If the wrong format is used, it can appear blurry or faded.
